Working Principle of the Rotating Device

During operation, the steel structure workpiece is placed between two sets of load-bearing belt slings, which firmly support the workpiece via friction and wrapping force. Two supporting columns are hydraulically driven for automatic lifting and can be adjusted to proper heights according to workpiece dimensions. The drive motor works with the reducer to rotate the driving rollers, which in turn moves the load-bearing slings to achieve steady workpiece rotation.
