To match the technical requirements for sand casting moulds with a maximum weight of 20 tons and dimensions of 6.0m (L) × 5.0m (W) × 3.0m (H), we provide high-strength specialized load turning device that fully aligns with the technical specifications of a 25-ton crane lifting capacity and an 8–10 meter lifting height. The device utilizes a single hook and single crane operation mode, eliminating the need for dual hooks or multi-crane coordination, thereby significantly simplifying on-site rigging layouts and operational workflows. With a minimum driving wheel distance set at 2,750 mm, the equipment effectively accommodates the span requirements of various mould dimensions, ensuring support stability throughout the turnover process. The system supports flexible multi-angle rotation, including 90°, 180°, and 360°, smoothly meeting the operational frequency of 1–2 times per hour. Powered by a standard 230V AC power supply, it seamlessly integrates into on-site electrical conditions, guaranteeing a safe and efficient turning operation.
