Operating Workflow of Beam Rotator

Loading: Position the beam onto the rotator support belts/units using standard staging.

Controlled Rotation: Use the wireless remote control to smoothly rotate the beam to any desired angle (0°- 360°).

Autonomous Welding: Lock the rotator at the optimal angle, allowing fitters and welders to work continuously without waiting for crane support.

Unloading: Once welding is complete, rotate back to 0° for swift unloading.
