It is typically used in combination with overhead bridge cranes. With high strength load-bearing structure and synchronized rotation mechanism, the device enables controllable posture adjustment within rotation range of 0°–360°, meeting the requirements of welding, assembly, painting, and other multi-stage fabrication processes.
During operation, the rotating equipment first securely clamps the I-beam using chain or belt lifting slings applied to the web or flanges of the steel section. The overhead crane provides the vertical lifting force, allowing the workpiece to be safely lifted off the ground. Once the load reaches a safe lifting height, the rotation drive system is activated. A motor combined with gearbox generates low-speed, high-torque output, driving the load to rotate smoothly to the target angle. Throughout the entire lifting and turning process, the center of gravity remains under controlled conditions, ensuring a stable, safe and impact-free rotation, significantly improving welding and assembly efficiency.
