Working Principle of Belt Turning Lifting Beam
The belt turning lifting beam is generally suspended under the hook of an overhead crane or electric hoist, and uses electric drive system to achieve stable turning of workpieces in the air. This turning device can rotate within a range of 0° - 360°, allowing workpieces to be changed from horizontal to vertical, or turned to the opposite side.
Structurally, the turning device consists of a rigid beam, drive mechanism, synchronous control system and high-strength flexible lifting belts. With a multi-point lifting design, loads are evenly distributed, keeping large or irregular workpieces stable during turning and preventing deformation or slipping.
