The casting mold chain turning device is an industrial equipment designed for flipping and positioning of heavy casting molds. Core structure and working principle of chain turning device

  ● Dual chain synchronous drive: Two strong chains are pulled in parallel, and high-torque motor drive is used to ensure that the flipping process is stable and jitter-free.

  ● Precision guide system: The guide rail and roller support work together to keep the mold in a strict track and posture during the flipping process.

  ● Automatic locking mechanism: After flipping to the preset angle, the mechanical locking device quickly locks to ensure accurate and safe positioning of the mold.

  ● Human-machine interface control: Standard button control panel, optional PLC or touch screen, to achieve flexible programming and automated operation of flipping angle, speed and action program.
